National Account Executive
We are expanding our business throughout US and Canada and we are looking for highly energetic, ambitious National Account Executives.
The role:
- The successful candidate will assist our organization to promote the turnaround, start-up, consulting, and related services, and to expand the customer base.
- Will be responsible for lead generation, qualifying, prospecting and being the face of the company throughout the sales cycle.
- (S)he will also be an active participant in the process of discovery and quote generation through to delivery.
- Will grow and manage the client relationships through the sales process, smoothly transitioning clients into execution, in partnership with our consultants and support staff.
- The Account Manager’s focus after delivery will transition to relationship expansion, and to selling additional services or solutions to our clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track of success selling intangibles or concepts – consulting services sales experience preferred. Alternate experience will be considered, if supported by valuable business acumen and industry exposure
- A top seller, with a professional, interactive sales methodology that has yielded quantifiable, quota exceeding results in the technology or consulting space
- Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge of operational architecture
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
- High comfort level in presenting, selling and building relationships in board rooms and at C level
- Strong client service orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in delivery and post-sales client relationship development
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, impeccable email etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and delegate accordingly
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated client-needs intuition
- Demonstrated balanced strategic/tactical thinker, with a focus on the near term deliverables while building long term strategies.
- Ability to lead by example, exert a positive influence, and promote our organization
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, in a relevant field: business, engineering, technology, etc. A graduate degree preferred
- Good understanding of Six Sigma principles; GB or BB certification a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office and internet-based communication tools
